Is this all that patience brings? Longing for my distant dreams Desires lost with passing time Nothing left that once was mine So quiet in the morning As the dawn beings to sing And I will still be waiting For all that patience brings Could it be a demon That reaches out for me My heart is like the ocean Like the blackest sea So quiet in the morning As the dawn beings to sing And I will still be waiting For all that patience brings

Remedy 03:10
In a darkened room I see a box with divided light Strands of gold shaped into stars When the screen flickers on and the curtains part Noise accompanies picture and eyes widen There were green and yellow waters I am not there, I am the storyteller A giant whale as tall as mountains It was all real, it was all real When the fireworks are over I forget the boxes of stars like I forget the names paraded quickly before me Out through the swing doors The world continues in glaring technicolour

Last To Know 03:21
We were the last to know The alarm bells, they didn't call No we long, oh now we long For a sign Our homes and our children Where have they gone? Now we run, oh now we run For our lives So we dance, we dance for the broken ones We dance, we dance, for what it’s worth So we dance, we dance for the broken ones We dance, we dance, for what it’s worth The others cannot see us But our voices still strong Now we sing, oh now we sing For a change of heart We gave all we had But was it enough Now we breathe, oh now we breathe For everyone

As the doors close And my eyes meet yours But you don't see me, no you don't see me So I take a seat and pull off my coat The journey begins *Can I have your attention please This is the 15:00 service to Cardiff Central Calling at Filton Abbey Wood Severn Tunnel Junction Newport And Cardiff Central" Is it only me that wonders through the window Just how magical this world can be? Is it only me that wonders through the window Just how magical the world is? With headphones on Two journeys in one Can you see the clouds, can you see? Is it only me that wonders through the window Just how magical this world can be? Is it only me that wonders through the window Just how magical the world is? I'm imagining If I could reach out All the fields are a playground

This Evening 02:08
This evening, the moon has blown herself to almost twice her size. She outshines the buses neon lights reflected in the windows. As we move on, she hides behind the skyline. A young man in the street who sees me looking out of the window raises his hand as if he knew me. At the next station, two teenagers are wrapped tightly together in a long kiss. A man is sitting on the railing of a fountain, his face covered in his hands. At the central station, the bus comes to a shaky stop. Some workers have removed a steel plate between the rails. A trackman wearing a bright orange boilersuit is sitting on the ground with his legs spread, a metallic shine in the immersion in front of him. In the glow of the working lamp, he looks like a boy left alone in the sandpit who forgot the time playing all by himself. As the bus moves on, the moon comes into sight again, but has hidden behind a dark cloud carpet which she illuminates from behind with a pale blue light. The clouds grow thicker, darker, first grey, then black, and then the moon pulls away from the clouds, still huge, still bright and moves slowly towards a blank patch of sky as if she was swimming out into a large still lake.

Paper Chains 04:22
Past the church Past the river Up to the hill, up to the hill In the house Through the hallway There was fire She was waiting, she was waiting And reached out her hand and she said I dream of freedom But I feel incomplete I dream of flying With the wind floating beneath my wings So I ran from the house I ran to the river Back up the hill, back up the hill There was fire, there was fire, there was fire What could I do? What could I do? And I remembered that she said I dream of freedom But I feel incomplete I dream of flying With the wind floating beneath my wings

Tu peux courir Ou te cacher Tu le sais bien On peut s'aimer Pourquoi tous ces jeux? Bientot a moi Tu seras Bientot a moi Bientot a moi Tu vois Bientot a moi
8.
Oh these words a secret verse Pen to page, pen to rage And I won't let you in You can't tell what I'm thinking I make laugh A disenchanted world You adored me Bitterness the slow charm I adored me I make you smile In this room of mirrors I am alone And how beautiful it could be If I could be someone else

Houses 05:26
Laying awake at night Listening to the distant sea This temporary shelter Held down by a chain Calls out my name when the wind is high From the moment we arrive The thought of home is on my mind And I know that this is what I need But these walls are not made of stone With pockets full of souvenirs The air is clear and the sun on my skin Moorland birds fly And the tree breathe a sigh All my worries are left behind From the moment we arrive The thought of home is on my mind Those city streets with house lined And I know that this is what I need But these walls are not made of stone Pack up the clothes the sheets and pillows Pull the curtains and lock the door There's sand in our shoes The sea in our hearts It's time to leave and go back to the start
10.
Yesterday I felt winter take hold I felt winter take hold I saw a rose I saw a faded pink rose Oh the ebb and the flow Of our year unfold (winter lays her down to rest)
11.
I wouldn't be anything without your heart Oh my love I'll wait for you here There is a silence that takes my hand Oh my love I'll wait for you here Don't lose sight of all you have Oh my love I'll wait for you here
12.
Sister, have you seen The sky is dark where the sun should have been And they’ll be coming for us, yes they’ll be coming for us Get ready, it’s time We knew this would happen when the stars aligned And there’ll be trouble ahead, yes there’ll be trouble ahead And I know we’re both afraid But we've got to go through with the plans that we've made The circle is drawn and the moon is full And the spirits free are waiting Go on towards the light Make sure you’re shining bright Cause I worry that they’ll take it all away from you Here we are at last A life of struggle has come to pass And there’s magic in our eyes And there’s magic in your eyes And I know we’re both afraid But we've got to go through with the plans that we've made The circle is drawn and the moon is full And the spirits free are waiting Go on towards the light Make sure you’re shining bright Cause I worry that they’ll take it all away from you Don’t leave without me We’re in this together I won’t leave without you We’re in this together And I know we’re both afraid But we've got to go through with the plans that we've made The circle is drawn and the moon is full And the spirits free are waiting Go on towards the light Make sure you’re shining bright Cause I worry that they’ll take it all away from you
